German Warhorse

Well Guys I picked up my first Sig last week. I purchased a used P220. It has some holster wear, but was very clean and well maintained. I got a Uncle Mike's Kydex holster, two mags and the original box. $450 bucks. From a little surfing I have found that this is a European model with the bottom mag release and the proofmarking puts the date of manufacture at 1986. So give me the good, bad, and ugly on this baby and I will take her to the range on wednesday and she how she drives.

I went to the range today for a quick 1 box evaluation. I hate to admit this but it shoots as well as any 1911 I own, Kimber included. I am really impressed with this old German warhorse! I shot the whole box with a shit eating grin on my face. I like the smooth trigger pull and solid performance. I have large hands so big guns feel good and this is a keeper!
