Pam at Iraq War Today makes this request:
"Project Valour-IT is a noble enough cause on its own, but if you look at the number of bloggers involved now, it also becomes something else - it's really an unprecedented joint effort to get much needed technology to our wounded heroes - to try to give something back to those who give so much for all of us.
Captain Chuck Ziegenfuss was the inspiration for Valour-IT. In addition to being a Hero, the Captain is also a milblogger, known to many in the blogosphere. And in June, Captain Chuck Ziegenfuss was wounded by an IED. He is currently in Walter Reed. Like so many of our wounded, the Captain and his family are facing a long road of surgeries, ups and downs, expenses, struggles, and hurdles. They're gamely facing it all."
Update: I made my donation on PayPal it is fast, easy and feels soooo good!
