Weather Of Mass Destruction

I was approached by a business associate today that handed me a twenty page article that explained Hurricane Katrina and Rita to his complete satisfaction. A person of above average intellect has now officially joined the Tinfoil Hat Black Helicopter crowd. As I perused the information he was insulted when I poo-poohed the scientific evidence as utter nonsense.

I learned long ago to be very careful not to argue religion or politics with customers particularly when politics is their religion. I feigned interest and asked if I could take the information for further review.

A few quotes to ponder:

These are about creating and guiding storms:

"This weapons platform has been operational since 1963 with weather operations running since 1976! My question now is when did the United States bring on line it's weather altering technology? HAARP being the public test bed for this technology. The big guns likely remain well hidden underground and have certainly come online without a press release.

The woodpecker grid (Google woodpecker grid) which has fantastic weather modification capabilities was turned on Bicentennial weekend July 4th 1976 and has remained on since that time. One can hear it chirping on shortwave radios in the 3 to 30 Mhz range. "

Ok everyone put on your boots because it is really starting to get deep here:

There are so many other unconfirmed stories/bits of information to suggest that some present Federal assets caused more trouble than they alleviated"

These are just some examples of the Voodoo weather explanations and graphics offered in this amazing collection of Caca Del Toro. I find the concept interesting but seriously flawed and quite impossible at this time.
